Call to publish scientific articles that will be received between June 20 and November 20, 2019, referring to:

University Pedagogy: With topics such as public policies in higher education, legislative system and reforms, academic programs, comparative policies, massification processes, quality assurance, legal professions, and others in higher education as a general field, referring to the Chilean and international context .

Didactics of Law: With topics whose centrality is related to processes of innovation, learning, curriculum, innovations, teaching experiences, students and teachers characterization , among others in legal education in the Chilean and international context.

Ethical and citation standards (Chicago-deusto) must be taken care of, in addition to the originality of the research or innovation.

Pedagogical Project, An Agreement from the Perspective of the Institute of Contract Law

Abstract

In education. As well as in higher education, the Pedagogical Project (PP) has formal procedures as guidelines and structuring associated to the teaching and learning process. In addition, the Pedagogical Project is based on the construction of teaching and learning planning (TLP), as well as providing the teacher with tools to prepare his / her, lesson plan (LP). Under the law's eye, PP and LP represent contracts between stakeholders: institution, teachers and students, in which obligations and rights are established reciprocally. The PP is not static, when functioning as a contract, subject to interaction with the environment and its variables, adapting throughout the process in a systemic and interdisciplinary way. The Pedagogical Project serves as an incentive for students to construct critical thinking. The contractual requirements will be presented with a legal focus, basing the exercise of the educator's social function. The methodology is characterized by an exploratory study, based on bibliographical and documentary research, which allowed to develop, by analogy, a parallel line with a legal contract, applied to the Pedagogical Project.
