National efforts for the execution of the Inter-American decisions: The experience of Mexico

Abstract

This paper is dedicated to the analysis of Mexico’s experience in executing the decisions of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, specifically the efforts of the national authorities in designing mechanisms for the implementation of these orders.
